Create, Connect, and Breathe Deeply

Join us for a hands-on aromatherapy journey that blends education with creativity! In the first part of the class, you’ll receive an educational booklet you can keep and you’ll learn about the rich history of aromatherapy, how essential oils are made, and the benefits of different botanicals. Plus, enjoy an optional glass of Red or White wine (from neighbor Vintage Berkeley) to elevate the class experience!

Then, we’ll break into two interactive stations:

• Custom Aromatherapy Blend: Learn how to and craft your own 5 ml essential oil blend tailored to your mood, needs, or favorite scent family.

• DIY Aromatherapy Keepsake: Choose to create either a personalized aromatherapy bracelet (that can be infused with your blend) or a refreshing shower or aromatherapy mist to take home.

It’s a beautiful way to explore scent, self-care, and connection—all in one uplifting experience.
