The Buck is affectionately named after the main character in “The Call of the Wild” by renowned local novelist Jack London. The story follows a domesticated dog from California that becomes a sled dog in Alaska.

The Buck is held from 11am-4pm on select Sundays alongside the Jack London Square Farmer’s Market. This family friendly event will meet all your shopping needs as it features unique vendors from all over Northern California.

Exhibitors are carefully chosen –by invitation and juried application (including our booth for Scents by the Bay!) –to include both traditional and contemporary artisans, high-quality merchants, and wholesale suppliers. See exhibitor list.

Workshops, demos, and classes are offered daily, 8am – 9pm. Taught by leading designers and craftspeople in topics such as jewelry design, wirework, gems, bead making, art clay silver, mixed media, chainmaille, and enameling.

Open to the public, with both wholesale and retail pricing; to register as a wholesale buyer, please bring a business card and resale license.
