Our Mists come in 8 oz amber glass spray bottles with a trigger sprayer.

• Balancing: For emotional and mental poise. Made with Lime, Bergamot and Lavender organic essential oils.
• Calming: Promotes a sense of calms and boosts positivity. Made with Chamomile, Cedar, Bergamot and Sweet Orange organic essential oils.
• Energy: boosts energy and mental focus, perfect in the morning or after a work out. Made with Lime, Rosemary, Peppermint and Sweet Orange organic essential oils.
• Grounding: anchors you emotionally and physically, boosts your connection to the earth. Made with Cinnamon Bark, Neroli, Palo Santo, Patchouli & Sandalwood organic essential oils. 
• Relaxing: Soothes the mind, body and soul. Made with Lavender, Sweet Orange, Cedarwood and Ylang Ylang organic essential oils.

How to Use:

• Before Showering: Mist the spray into the air or directly onto your shower walls before stepping into the shower. Allow the steam to activate the aromatic oils, filling your shower with a soothing or invigorating scent.
• During Showering: As the steam rises, take deep breaths to inhale the essential oils. Focus on the intention you want to set—whether it’s calming your mind, uplifting your spirits, or rejuvenating your energy.
• After Showering: For an extended experience, lightly mist the spray into the air or on your towels, allowing the scent to linger and continue to influence your mood as you start or end your day.
